Squat Clean
Thruster (out of the bottom)
Back Squat
Push Jerk

Weight prescribed is 135#'s men and 85#'s Women.

In case you missed it yesterday -- TJ Nolan, Kevin, and Nick Hecht all got their first Muscle Up yesterday!!! Well done.

Congrats TJ, Kevin and Nik!! Can't wait to get back and see these muscle ups in person. Last day in San Francisco then headed down the coast.

The weather is beautiful! Today we are headed to AT&T Park, over the golden gate bridge and possibly hitting up a visit to CrossFit SF!!

Ooh congratulations! Man I totally missed the muscle ups :( I'll be there tonight for sure. And I better have a kipping pull up by the end of the month too :o Don't leave me back guys!

It was nice to get back to the old 5:30 am routine. I was a step slow today, but it felt good
