Made up DT at the Y today. wanted to use 115 but couldn't drop the bar so i used 105#

tried to find video online, but didn't. Here is my attempt at a description of a 'bodybuilder'
(if you love Burpees, you'll love, love these)

From standing position, squat down, place both hands on floor, and jump you feet out to pushup position with feet close together. While maintaining pushup position, pop you feet out to a wider stance, then pop them back to close together(like a horizontal jumping jack with feet), then complete pushup and stand up.

rinse, repeat - too many damn times.

What a joyful workout this evening, coupled along with the wonderful summer evening, it couldn't have been any better... :)

And if yo believe that, how do they say it, I've got some swamp land for sale in Southern Florida.
