Tanya and I did Thursdays RD,PU,KBS,SU,Burp WOD tonight at 930pm. Really sweaty. Nik and Shawn take the title. I couldn't contend on this one. Tried my best but I guess the weekends festivities had some effects on my performance. I am back on schedule starting tomorrow 3 on 1 off!!

I cant imagine by 'shoulder press' that you mean a strict press for that many reps/rounds. So for clarification, is that a push press?

Hey Junior Trainer!! re-read your Level 1 handbook and get back to your deskjob. The WOD calls for a strict press AKA Shoulder Press. The workout teaches you how to manage muscular failure.

well i used a push press instead of a shoulder press since i was still feeling J.T. but i still made the WOD brutal by doing GHD sit ups instead of normal ones. Tanya you're right what the heck is inside my lower abs now?!

Managing muscular fatigue continued on the 4 hour drive down to DC. I had to keep switching which hand I was steering with because of my shoulders. tor

Ouch! So I learned I don't have a strict press and I definitely overuse my lower back. Had 42.5 lbs on the bar and still struggled. Situps were on the swiss ball.

Really weak shoulders, some pain.

Really tough one. Tanya and I finished up another late night WOD. Going off of our programming again. Shoulders are really feeling it now.

Cappi you did 147 GHD situps are you sure? Dude please be careful that might not be safe. Use your head.

GHD's weren't too bad, just had to take them slower then normal sit ups since they are way harder, but overall just got a really good lower ab workout.
