Josh, Tanya, Felice, Keith, I'm going to go to Golds Gym down here in Austin on Tuesday night. No Crossfit equipment at all. Can one of you email me a WOD to do? Steven - go to Crossfittx. It's in Pflugerville, Just north of Round Rock. They have classes 5:30, 7, 9, 5pm, 6:30, 7:30. They would love to have someone from Apex stop by. Brannon is the name of the owner.

Ladies I feel your pain! I'm not sure how you made it through that WOD with the doors closed?? I puked around the 16 min mark. My hats off to both of you.
My time was also 6 minutes slower then the last time.

I redeemed myself, I had no idea there were two rounds in the workout, that is what I get for coming late. I did manage to do a 34 mile bike ride in 2 hours&40 minutes and still managed to mow the lawn. Next time I'll take a better look at the board!!

Steven see if you can look back into the archives and find a workout suitable for the gym you are going too. This will be easier for you to do rather than me trying to come up with a workout for your surroundings. A typical gym should have bars where you can probably mix in deadlift somewhere into the wod. Look back to a workout BDD has completed and shoot for a BETTER time.!!:)

Really sucked, regular gym, hard weights, couldn't drop or bang, had to raise and lower everything cautiously...Then I jogged back to the hotel, 1700 meters uphill in 104 degrees, took me 9:18...

oops, forgot, I ended Charolette w/Bussom's Sit-Up TABATA and I started the day off w/5 rounds
10 pushups
10 situps
10 airsquats

I wasn't sure if I would have the chance to work out at night so I thought I better get something in.

Long road home was really mentally draining. Had to give this one up to my wife. Ah well not so bad losing to the fittest female in the world.

Still finished with a 3 min PR.
