I think I'm going to do Lynne in the morning. Going to Golds again, at least with Lynne I don't have to worry about being gentle with the weights...will post times when I get back...

So I took this one on my own tonight after performing 30 muscle ups for time (5:57)PR I think.

You know you are getting old when you look at the JR class times and I was beat by 5 guys. I should say 5 future students of mine. Great job kids!!
