8-13-09 15 min AMRAP


In 15 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of the following:

6 Turkish Get-ups (3 each arm, alternate arms or do all 3 at a time) 25/15 db's
12 Handstand Pushups
24 Double Unders (scaling is 72 single jumps)

only had 10# or 20# ....thought to myself...what would tanya do? WWTD.
had to pike those hspu but bumped my noggin every time. strung alot the DU's thanks to felices seminar "The secret of double unders revealed"

did a good amount of workouts today.

started with the CF main wod but with strict pull ups

9 rounds + 6 strict pull ups

then after 10 minutes of rest went on a 25 minute run on the beach with several sprints during the run.

once i got home, gave myself another 10 minutes of rest then did a chipper i made up.

for time:
20 HSPU
50 sit ups
40 parallette push ups
50 leg raises
40 perfect push ups
50 sit ups
20 DB push press 30#
50 leg raises

Time-20:08

Had my brother do a modified version of yesterdays wod since he still cant run even though the cast is off!
2 rounds of:
40 push ups
50 air squats
20 pike push ups
50 air squats

Time- 13:45

Cant get lazy on vacation ;] see you guys monday!

Kim you make me laugh so hard...wwtd! :) That was one tough wod today. It's funny you said that about the weight because I up'd mine to the 25db and then I used double purple for assistance to get more work done. Without the kip on the handstands holy crap that's tough. I got 4 rds then 6/7/0.
