started with the CF main wod but with strict pull ups
9 rounds + 6 strict pull ups
then after 10 minutes of rest went on a 25 minute run on the beach with several sprints during the run.
once i got home, gave myself another 10 minutes of rest then did a chipper i made up.
for time: 20 HSPU 50 sit ups 40 parallette push ups 50 leg raises 40 perfect push ups 50 sit ups 20 DB push press 30# 50 leg raises

Had my brother do a modified version of yesterdays wod since he still cant run even though the cast is off! 2 rounds of: 40 push ups 50 air squats 20 pike push ups 50 air squats
Kim you make me laugh so hard...wwtd! :) That was one tough wod today. It's funny you said that about the weight because I up'd mine to the 25db and then I used double purple for assistance to get more work done. Without the kip on the handstands holy crap that's tough. I got 4 rds then 6/7/0.
