Today's WOD...ouch
Fricking warm up of death, I can't even type it all, but it was hell and then ended with a 400m run...that was warm-up.
WOD:
25 Deadlifts (225)
500m Row
15 Muscle Ups (scaled of course)
25 Deadlifts (225)
5 minute rest, 1800m run...
cool down stretch...
Oh yeah...106 degrees...

How come all the WODs I want to do are on Friday (a day I can't come to the gym)? Maybe it's subliminal?

Subliminal? We are flat out picking on you. Someone needs to get a clue! :o) HA!!

I made up the AMRAP from yesterday. 4rds 6/7/0. HSPU are tough with the Turkish giddy ups. Props to Scrappy for hitting 6 rounds. Wow.

I like that WOD Steven. I may have to lobby for that in the programming.
