7 butterfly sit ups
8 SDLHP
9 KBS 53/35
10 GI Janes
In the First round complete 1 burpee, second round 2 KTE, 1 burpee, third round 3 hang pwr cleans, 2 KTE, 1 burpee and so forth.......until you reach 10 GI Janes through 1 burpee...DONE!

Wanted to say thanks for a great workout this morning!
When i got home did some strength lifting at the Y.
Bench press- 95x10, 105x8, 115x6, 125x4, 135x2, 140x1, 145x1(PR), 150x1fail.
