In 10 Minutes complete as many muscle ups and cleans as possible.

Muscle ups (4 pull ups, 4 ring dips)
Power clean (185/125)

*You can alternate between the exercises however you would like but you must complete a minimum of 10 muscle ups and 10 cleans in the allotted time. You total score will be the total reps combined from both exercises in 10 minutes.
