I did an abbreviation of this WOD; I guess I didn't understand the change until I saw the WOD post.
However, the short runs help to loosen up the legs.

Made up the Mid-Atlantic qualifier WOD. would have went heavier but had a bad knot in my back from the thrusters still. will try this one again soon with 225.

Really good WOD but I was feeling pretty good so I tweeked it a little. Did 1500m Row, then 4 rounds of 400m, 25 Knees to elbows, 50 lunges w/25lbs, and 10 pull ups, Ended with another 1500M Row. Smoked Checked!!!
