Skipped the workouts last week :( Back on the wagon now and the goal is to come back without weight gain after 3 weeks of European eating out and insane work/play hours.

I saw a concept rower at the new hotel, woo hoo!

WOD was a 4000m row
Time splits:
A 2000=9:30
@ 3000=14:20
@ 4000=18:58

Wasn't overly agressive and will try to beat these splits at the end of the week.
