yea this one kinda sorta looks fun...wish i could take it on. rowing that far then workout looks brutal though. oh well...im off to the PSU gym to hit some incline bench before class :p

well tried to PR tonight wit power cleans and power snatches to no avail...i kno its in me though. worked on some dead hang pullups and kippin ones too. thats all. u guys need friday classes at like 4 ahhh.
