Molly, wow. I was and am totally inspired after your workout today. Am loving spending saturdays lately with the old crew and great getting to know new converts. I am determined to get my squats and cleans in better shape...we will see...thanks for all the help today mike, keith, josh and of course, tanya.
not sure if me and my bro did this right. didnt ever give ourselves 30 seconds of rest. just did 10 seconds of rest each time so correct me if i did it wrong.
but i've been avoiding OHS and i need to start working on these bcause they are a huge goat of mine!

Good workout on Saturday. Who would think that air squats would be so taxing on the legs... still sore.
