How bout a rest day kids?

Lately I've been hearing more and more about aches, pains and tightness. I know we don't put as much effort into our post wod stretching as we do our wods, but reserve some time each day for full body stretching or yoga. If not everyday, definitely on your REST days. Focus especially on your hips, hams, and quads as well as your shoulders and neck. Take 5 minutes to just lay on a hard wood floor with your legs up on a chair and just breath deep while you relax your abdomen and take pressure off your low back.
Give it a try and see how you feel...I dare ya!
