*manmakers-while holding dumbbells go down into a push-up. After pushing back up alternate arms and pull one dumbbell up to your side then pull the other dumbbell up to your side. Jump your feet up under your hips and stand with the dumbbells. Then do a push press. That is one man maker.

sure we cant just do 15 pushups for time?
It was a cold blustery morning in the box.....which made it extremely tough to get motivated, especially when you are hitting the WOD solo!
Jack Frost must have nipped at Jodie last night or she stayed up to watch Rollins game winning double!
Regardless, Molly threw down by herself and left the box sizzling!
