Steven, I'm going to yell at you now. DON'T FREAKIN WORRY ABOUT "SCORING" DO AS MUCH WORK AS POSSIBLE IN THAT ENTIRE 20 MINUTES, KILL IT AND THEN POST ALL THAT YOU COULD POSSIBLY SQUEEK OUT DURING THAT TIME...!!!! I'm done yelling now...CrossFit is all about increasing your work capacity. Always shoot to improve that and keep that as the main goal of the workouts. Always push to the end! The weight or scaling used doesn't matter if the full range of motion isn't there or if the push and intensity to get one more rep or go one second faster is missing. Ok, I feel better...legit question on how to report it, I understand, just like Felice said of course report anything done during the final rd. I read into the question so it caused me to yell! :) Have a great day! PS-don't forget to use your hips on the SDLHP :)

Full rounds count only or scoring on individual reps as well? I'm going to have to do this one at home in the morning...
In the final round you can add in your reps to see where you landed.

At home: Five full rounds plus one 200m run. (68 lb SDLHP)
It's harder without everyone yelling at me :)
