10-6-09 "Cardio Gone Bad"

That's right...same set up as the good old Fight Gone Bad
1 minute at each exercise get as many reps as possible. Rest 1 minute between each round. 3 rds total.


Double Unders
Row (calories)
Burpees
Garage sprint ~40 feet
Mountain Climbers (count both feet as 1 not 2)
