but i just finished yesterday's wod and i am soo freakin tired!

did this one back during my first weeks of crossfit in 17:05 and with 35#!! crossfit works, i'm 110% convinced.

Doing burpees on a carpet is a good way to ensure proper form, no draggin your knees!
