Ok, so last night while Frank was catapulting, I was watching a program on the women's Olympic ice hockey team and the rigorous training routines these chicks go through pre-olympics. And let me tell you, they were ripping out power cleans, push presses, flipping 500 pound tires with finesse. I was all, hey, we do that crap! Very Crossfit-esque!! This is the $%&# olympic athletes are made of! We're hanging with the big boys!

My home "crossfit space" doesn't have the height for wall balls, so I subbed dbl thrusters instead. It was my best attempt to use the same basic body movement/muscles as wall balls. And yeah, I second the notion that is WOD is no joke! Still feeling it hours later trying to go up and down the stairs. And I'm suppose to go skiing tomorrow-- we'll see how that goes- hoping my legs work by then!

I'm on board with the soreness today...it's the sitting then standing that I really notice it. I also wouldn't sell short the 75 SDLHP - they seem to be a little under-rated in the comments.
