2-20-10 "Air Force One"


From the MidWest Sectionals This was WOD #1

For time:
20 Thrusters (95/65)
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats
You must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. You can move right to the next barbell skill once you have completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition, complete the rep and then start with four burpees.
