2-4-10 "Tabata Yo Momma"


8 rounds of each:
20 sec of work 10 sec of rest

Thrusters (65/20lb or less db)
Ring dips
Burpees
Sit ups

Record total reps for each exercise.

Take 2 of my worst moves and you have todays WOD (thrusters and situps) Man that just flat out sucked. Tanya kept me moving with her. Couldn't keep up on this one. Great job everyone!

Get out the snow shovels. Remember proper DL form when shoveling the snow:)

The snow just makes our wods better. We can do 400 meter runs in the snow, We will just bundle up. It will be good training LOL

Checked the link, Zach. Parkour is interesting. Every time I see it I think of the opening chase scene of Casino Royale. Apparently that guy is one of the parkour movement founders. Ah, here it is:
