5 rounds for time of:

1 min of wall balls
1 min of pull ups
400m run
Rest
6 minutes between rounds

*rest time is time left over after your run

Score(record total reps for each exercise)

Tanya and whoever is interested, here is a great recipe that has a ton of protein and low GI carbs, I put it in the fridge and use it as a quick snack mid day hot or cold and keeps me full for a few hours.

1 lb lean ground turkey
2 eggs
1 small onion chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
bell pepper chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp parsley
1 1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup ketchup (tried without the ketchup, not as good)
1/2 cup almond milk

Mix all ingredients except almond milk in a big bowl, form a loaf in a 2 qt baking dish, pour almond milk over loaf, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45 mins.
Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes. Enjoy =)

Thanks for sharing, Shanna! Always looking for new recipes at the homestead. I don't usually do the almond milk, wonder if it would be too dry without? I suppose I could just throw the ketchup on top instead of inside. Anyone ever try bison?

My mom discovered Bison when I was still living in Michigan (years ago). Very good, but because it is so lean it can dry out. Cook as if it were chicken/turkey, not beef.

Is there truely 6 minutes of rest between rounds? Or is each round only 6 minutes, with 1 for WB, 1 for PU, and 4 for the run and rest?

Correct Dave 1min WB 1min Pull up 4min 400+rest. 6 min total each round.

Great showing tonight and everyone did a great job. That was a lung burner.

Awesome job on maintaining the intensity while also putting up high scores!!
