Hello everyone. A question that is kind off track from Diane. When you guys are doing workouts like Christine, what do you set the dampers on the rowers? Thanks for the info!

Hey Fisher. The damper setting is a relative thing for the distance you are rowing and your body weight. For this WOD I would set it around 7-8. Shorter distance and I'm about 205 pounds.
