5 HSPU
10 pistols (5 ea. leg)
15 SDLHP 95/65

*Pistols may be completed to a box, med ball or holding onto a pole.

These are so easy and AMAZING I had to share them!!

No Bake Protein Bars

2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup natural almond butter
4 scoops whey protein (Vanilla works well)
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 water (you can add a little more if needed)

Knead all ingredients in a large bowl.

Line a square baking pan with wax paper. Spread dough into pan using a spatula. Spread a little almond butter on top.

Freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove from freezer and cut into 8 bars. Each bar has about 230 calories. Approx. 10g fat, 18g carb, 3g fiber, 2g sugar, 16g protein.
