me and pete did 1 mile run50 push ups4 rounds of:100m sprint100m walking lunges25 sit upswe didn't time it but it sucked a lot
Was at shore sat and sunday... Just did mile run followed by 21-15-9 airsquats,pushups,situps and mile run felt great. Great job apex way to represent. Can't wait to see you wed.

we didn't time it but it sucked a lot
