hmmmm,.. what movement would Dave have rep # scaled for,.. my money is on pull-ups. If I'm right, mine should be scaled too as a reward for my superior deductive reasoning skills.

I do not even know if I can grip anything tomorrow with how sore my hands are. I am willing to play let's make a deal, I run in place of whatever the workout is (that says a lot because I hate running).
