5 rounds

Press ( press, push press, push jerk) max reps
- reps are finished when bar comes below shoulders
Deadlift max reps
- bar may not stop on floor, you may NOT re-adjust grip, slight pause at the top is OK.

1 min rest between press and DL
2 min rest between rounds

* press weight and DL weight are the same
* First round press numbers should be 10+, choose weights according
