Impressive show all the way around with the ladies. Sorry guys, there was so much going on our end of the gym I didn't catch much of your action. #1 impressive lift had to be Teresa's deadlift!!-270# Amazingly strong. Not far behind was Kim's 80# PR on the deadlift of 185#. Julia and Angie where strong on all 3 lifts.

Great Job around the horn, many people left with out updating the PR board....Stop being so modest and get your darn scores up there!

The Apex girls are no joke, that's for sure. I'm happy with 150# press, but my legs need work.

Very encouraging to watch everyone make new PRs! I almost slept in myself but glad I came. I like weight days.

And Molly, I agree with Keith, you were rocking it over there and put everything you had into it, great job (as usual!)
