100 m sprint than amap (as as possible) SDHP (lighter) with your remaining time.
Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 5 rds. Your score is the total number of sdhp's you complete.
*use a lighter sdhp, get comfy with a good weight you plan to use for FGB on Saturday!

Made up 3 lil pigs with Pwr cleans and jerks 195lbs at 20 min . Finished 20 rds, was definitely tough!
