Sorry Folks, Im not sure how to post a new wod!
But wanted to say GREAT JOB this morning! I saw a lot of solid power snatches, push ups, squats and intensity!

did a 50-40-30-20-10 of double unders, push ups and sit ups on the tennis courts, i'm gonna be able to make it down for fight gone bad, can't wait to see everyone!

Jarrett, great hearing from you! which tennis courts? I played on rutgers courts when we had matches against rutgers when i was at u of de, and played for fun there when i later went back to school there. you will have to fill us all in in a few weekends! i still love working out on tennis courts (and just did this morning too!)
