wearing a weight vest 20/10
complete the 600 reps in any order you wish...

FGB5 - are you going to register, but just haven't gotten around to it? It only takes a few minutes. go to fgb5.org click on the register button (big red button, right hand side of the page) then it is 3-4 easy steps to fill out.

I was planning on coming, but hate the word "doozie"... So scared....

Don't be scared Kelly...I'm pretty sure we could use the word "doozie" for about 95% of the workouts in CrossFit :)
We had a great AM bunch who took this on and have set some great times to shoot for.

By the way Molly, I have to say I love the word "doozie" and don't hear it much, so it made me smile when I read your comment!
