In honor of the date 10-1 1-10, this is the WOD...
Alternate between the 2 exercises.
10-1 Kettlebell Swing (heavy)
1-10 OHS (heavy)
(Need to still be able to get 10 reps at that weight unbroken, but should be effort, to use it for workout. We want it heavy but not near max. Fatigued you most likely won't even be able to straight set 7 or 8 reps and that's fine.)
