800m run 10 pull ups 10 pushups
400m run 15 pull ups 15 pushups
200m run 20 pull ups 20 pushups

*push ups 2010 Games standard, lift hands off at the bottom of the pushup and press up in full plank.

Strength and Technique Class ( Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean Pull, Snatch Pull)
