Alternating between the 2 exercises complete for time:
12-10-8 Dumbbell Burpee Thruster***
16-18- 20 OH plate Lunges (45/25)
***Burpee with dbs in hand except upon standing instead of jumping and clapping overhead, perform 1 full thruster- from full upright position perform squat and then come to full extension finishing with dbs overhead arms locked out.
