For time:

25 double unders
25 HSPU
25 straight leg sit ups
25 power snatches
25 squat cleans
25 deadlifts

*all 3 bar moves will use the same weight
Barbell weight should be medium

Strength & technique- bench press

More first timers hitting pull ups!

Look at me my chin is over the bar and I don't have band below me:)

Very exciting Elyse. It is hard to explain the thrill of getting pull ups. Great! Some pull up milestones with the morning crew yesterday too. We were all a little pull-up giddy.
