It's a Celebration!
There is a lot to celebrate at Apex! Please plan on working out and staying for some great Apex brunch snacks after the morning group wod on April 21 around 10am. There will be one 9am group class ONLY that morning. Not only are we celebrating the 4th anniversary of CrossFit Apex, but we are welcoming lots of new Apexers, celebrating great successes in the Open, and getting ready to send off our Apex team (Bussom, Dan, Kutty, Zim, Angie, Teresa, Jessica and Shanna), along with individual competitors Josh, Cody and Tanya, to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Regional Competition the first weekend in May. All of us make Apex what we are and we hope you can join us! Anyone wishing to contribute their favorite healthy brunch dish, fruit, or drink is welcome and invited to do so. Please post new yummy recipes to the Apex wiki page and print out a few copies to share that day.
