Hey everyone I was looking to get a new pair of shoes for crossfit along with maybe a little running because I am going to try the warrior dash in June and eventually a tough mudder. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what kind of shoes I should go with?

Try Reebok Real Flex Transition. Love them better than the Nanos.
