One of my clients this morning asked me if I was going crazy trying to lose weight for our wedding in August. She "remembers dropping 15 lbs and fitting into a size 2 for her big day." Without thinking, I responded, "Why would I want to do that!? I've gotta get my strength numbers back up and my snatch and back squat suck right now." She looked at me like a deer in headlights. I smiled. Turned. And semi-ran-walked away.
