He could be sporting Mitch Gear! It won't help his form or the amount of weight he can move, but he will look awesome doing it!

Dan- you should be smiling!

This quote is from a book I'm reading and is hilarious because I seriously think that 90% of people I work with/talk to really believe this is true!

"That would be cool if you could eat a good food with a bad food and the good food would cover for the bad food when it got to your stomach. Like you eat a carrot with an onion ring and they would travel down to your stomach. Then they would get there and the carrot would say, 'It's cool, he's with me.'

HA! Happy cleansing all :-)

LOL Kacie!! I remember having that mentality back in the day. Chocolate sundae?? Sure, I had a salad for lunch. Basically cancels out.

He needs to have more of an 'Eye of the Tiger' face. Oh, and straighten the wrists.

Dan has a very solid ohs, great tips and cues, you all are listening to us :) and a picture is sometimes hard to tell angles, but take a look at his head, I would tell him to look straight ahead or "chin down". This is super common with the OHS and one way to correct it is to make your eyes look up but keep your neck and chin neutral (in line with your spine). In all movements you are the most efficient and strongest when you have midline stabilization, your midline travels to your neck and if you neck is cranked, you're not as stable. :) Not bad Dan, great squat and great pic, I know you weren't doing this all night! Just a great opportunity to talk about movement!

Oh and I do have to agree with Mitch...his gear would look awesome but also there have been studies (loose term) of CFers wearing different apparel and performing better...just sayin!

Oh and Kacie...love the quote, yes I believe we all used to think that way. And I was proud of myself too...I eat salads I'm 'healthy' I eat good. And the last time I had a salad was 2 weeks ago with iceberg croutons and ranch? (is that even considered a salad?) ;)
