Looking for some advice...after(and during) Monday's wod I felt fine and had no knee pain whatsoever. I woke up the next morning with my right knee looking like a water balloon and could barely bend it?! It's still slightly swollen and difficult to bend. I've iced, elevated, etc. but I have no idea what caused this.
my knees have been bothering me from the deadlifts monday. could be from bending your knees early so the bar grinds all around them on the way down especially right on the tops of the knees.
