Man-makers (you choose the weight)
Situps - tuck toes under your db's

*On the top of the min 3 push press with your db's
*Time Cap - 12 min

Olympic Event#8- Max distance handstand walk
2 attempts for max distance,
 scale max handstand hold against the wall.
