10-31-12 "Tricks for Treats"



8 round tabata (20sec of work 10sec of rest)
dips
box jumps
db squat clean
10' shuttle run (side to side 10' wide)














We all can improve our lifts over the years. 
BDD in 2009. Now Dave squat cleans and jerks over 200lbs.
