10/25/12- Get a grip

3 rounds
5min Amrap of:
KBS 53/35
Pull ups
Knees to Elbows
150' sprint (run from your KTE touch wall ball wall
 then back and touch pull up rig restart at ur KBS)
Rd 1 12 reps of each movement rest 2 minutes.
Rd 2 9 reps of each movement rest 1 minute
Rd 3 6 reps of each movement





* This Saturday, Halloween WOD(costumes encouraged), Paleo Cook off & Roman banquet
Group wod at 8am, festivities start following group wod
