GAMES CLASS:
1. Weighted Box Jumps- 6x2, with dumbbells in each hand jump onto
a 20" box, try to jump up, rather than landing in a deep sat.
2. Snatch 9x1 @ 75% OTM
3. Clean and Jerk- 9x1 @ 75% OTM
4. 5 rds
50 M-(150') Sled Drag- heavy enough that it forces you to walk, if you can run...it's too light!
15 GHD Situps - rest 2 min between rounds
On Sled drag choose a weight that is right for you. Try to keep your torso more upright and "heel to toe" as you walk. This does not make it easier , but results in more posterior chain engagement, which is what we are after in this WOD. Remember we are not always after faster times and better scores. Sometimes its about the stimulus not the score.

My food fuel is eggs and lots of eggs, strong coffee, apples, big big salads, coconut oil and MEAT. Simple. And the occasional fresh-baked italian bread drenched in olive oil. Whoa.
Teresa, I am with you on the salad.
I have a salad for lunch everyday(that I'm in school). I start my day off with a tall cup of joe, a banna & sauage link, my morning snack of carrots, broc & some turkey lunch meat.
Dinner all depends.....My down fall are dark choc covered almonds! Boy are they tastey!
PLEASE DRESS FOR THE WEATHER!!
800 m in the snow! If it doesn't accumulate much more
The snow made it very interesting this morning =) Hard on the ol lungs. I would recommend a face cover if you have one, traction however, wasn't TOO bad.
As far as my fuel I have to give my bananas a shout out, they have been my best friend pre-wods. Also cantaloupe and mangos. YUM.
breakfast is SP complete shake, lots of coffee and a banna, lunch everyday consits of baby spinach, beets, avacados, peppers, a grapefruit, apples and bannas and a mid afternoon SP complete shake. More veggies at dinner and lots of meat and fish.
I struggle with the triple serving bowl of late night cereal!
