Power cleans are my favorite! Im not sure I see the connection between snuggling and 60 thrusters though...

Did 5 DU as my penalty. Roughly 1 DU for each 5 singles to get there.

Broke at 30 and 45. Overall felt good, ready to increase weight on Thrusters the next go around.

This was definately not "Snuggle Puppy" worthy.... (As I pictured my sweet Gracie at her first dance recital at the age of 3 to the toon "Snuggle Puppy")
Blah- did not like this one.

Favorite Lift- Power Clean...snatch is a close 2nd.

Favorite lifts are the old school lifts of bench press and back squats. Power cleans are pretty cool too.

Favorite lifts - Dead lifts, Bench, and Hang Clean. I am starting to like the snatch the more I work on it.

Favorite Old School lifts- Precher Curls, 21's, Cable Crosses, Skull Crushers, DB Shrugs, Lat Pull-downs.....Any machine I could pull the stack(Calf Raises)!

4:23, @45lbs, no jump rope. Should have gone heavier, maybe 60 next time. Filled the last 4:30 minutes with jump rope to offset finishing early.

8:23 80# 20 du's. My shoulders were on fire at the end. I also did my 120 rep punishment from last night by doing 120 box jumps at 20" to work on stringing them together better. Rest day tomorrow.

Rx 7:12, Games WODs : 75lb snatch, 145 lb front squat, 14:23 (I think) wallballs and burpees.. I had to leave before finishing the rest..

I love power cleans! I really want to love the snatch...my goal is to hang with LaRynn on the snatch. :-)

My Favorite Lift is Snatch and Heavy Thruster.

1. Snatch Complex
5 sets of: Power Snatch + Hangs Squat Snatch + Squat Snatch - across OOPs Did wrong worked to Heaviest load 135/145/165/185/205

While waiting for Tanya did 11 min OTM squat snatch 205#, last min hit 225# First time in 3 weeks since Ive been sick.!

2. The Chief's Snatch
5 Rounds of:
AMRAP 3:
3 Power Snatches, 135/95
6 HR Push ups
9 Squats
1 min rest between rounds.
5,5,5,4(had 38 sec left pussed out),5 = 24 total rds

3. 5 Rounds NOT for time:
8 Glute Ham Raises
12-15 Band Pull a parts
CHECK!"

80# 7:38 50 singles, first set 20 reps, remaining reps were done in sets of 10. Did 120 24" box jumps from Monday nights consequence.

Not gonna lie, am NOT happy about the dnf. Held on for 20 and then burned out - it was all downhill from there.

But on the flip, I am HAPPY that my squat is improving as the work I am putting in is finally paying off. 3+ years of crossfitting and there is still so much room to grow. But I'm not giving up! A** to the floor!
