Too bad I can't make tomorrow's WOD, it would be a perfect one for Josh Irvin and I to do together!
Power cleans are my favorite! Im not sure I see the connection between snuggling and 60 thrusters though...
Snuggling puppies and 60 thrusters?! This one looks like "fun"! Favorite lift: hang cleans and the SNATCH!
Well Clayton it looks like you got your 7 mins. of thrusters a little earlier, and oh look there are even burpies as an added bonus.

Broke at 30 and 45. Overall felt good, ready to increase weight on Thrusters the next go around.

This was definately not "Snuggle Puppy" worthy.... (As I pictured my sweet Gracie at her first dance recital at the age of 3 to the toon "Snuggle Puppy")

Favorite Lift- Power Clean...snatch is a close 2nd.
Favorite lifts are the old school lifts of bench press and back squats. Power cleans are pretty cool too.
Favorite lifts - Dead lifts, Bench, and Hang Clean. I am starting to like the snatch the more I work on it.
Favorite Old School lifts- Precher Curls, 21's, Cable Crosses, Skull Crushers, DB Shrugs, Lat Pull-downs.....Any machine I could pull the stack(Calf Raises)!

4:23, @45lbs, no jump rope. Should have gone heavier, maybe 60 next time. Filled the last 4:30 minutes with jump rope to offset finishing early.
Feeling a wee bit better today... But still thought the warm up was tough. :)

Not gonna lie, am NOT happy about the dnf. Held on for 20 and then burned out - it was all downhill from there.
But on the flip, I am HAPPY that my squat is improving as the work I am putting in is finally paying off. 3+ years of crossfitting and there is still so much room to grow. But I'm not giving up! A** to the floor!
