1/2/13- Nutts


For time:

10 Handstand push-ups

250 /170 Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30/24 inch box
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball shots, 20/14 pounds, 10'
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate
(optional scaling 5,10,15,25,50,100)

Time Cap- 30 min

Saturday's Game Class- 7am-8am

What are your New Year Resolutions/Goals?

No excuses in 2013...If I have a bad day, wod, lesson..etc? I have to stay positive and not blame it on soreness, lack of sleep, age or whatever else(7 min of Burpees)!

My resolution is to not worry about little things and learn to take it easy every once and awhile.. A CrissFit goal for 2013 is to get stronger, and work on running/rowing.

complete the Dirty Girl Mud Run and do all the obstacles at the July Spartan Race! And continue my Crossfit training!
