(1) 8 minute Pullup Ladder on 30 sec interval. Got up to 6, but could not sustain. Did 3 per interval for the last 3 minutes.

WOD: 8 Rds, 65# Snatch, 40 SUs with some DU attempts thrown in. Was out of gas 6 minutes in. Thank God Nina was there, kicking butt. Gave me the push to finish.

Night - 11 rds + 17 Rx

Couldn't hold on to the bar in the morning to save my life, however Tanya wrapped my forearms with the voodoo bands after and I was able to hold on much better tonight. Thank you Tanya!!!

11 Rounds 31# + 3 DU's at the end. Scaled to 30 singles during the workout.
My goal was 10 rounds so I was happy with 11 rounds.
