OTM for as long as possible:
1-15-1 wall balls (add 1 wb each min until you reach 15 then subtract a wb each min until 1)
Run to opposite wall (through the rig) and back
If you fall off the minute you must complete the following number of wallballs in your remaining time (depending what minute you fall off):
min 6-8:175 wb
min 9-11:150 wb
min 12-14: 125 wb
min 15-18: 100 wb
min 19-21: 50 wb
min 23-24 25 wb
Must finish your wb penalty before the 29 minutes.
